Atahan Demirtaş is the Head Coach of 12ROUNDS Berlin and originally from Istanbul. He has been a licensed athlete since the age of six and continues his career as a professional athlete and professional coach.

During his competitive career, he became Istanbul Muay Thai Champion and earned several rankings in kickboxing and amateur boxing in Istanbul, along with participation in many national and international tournaments.

Academically, he completed his Physical Education degree at Istanbul Haliç University with a 100% scholarship and was later accepted into the Sports and Organization Management program at the University of Europe, which brought him to Berlin.

For over a year, he has been actively teaching self-defense classes, and he has previously worked as head boxing coach in several well-established clubs. He has trained many professional and amateur athletes and currently continues working with students at different levels here in Berlin.

Most importantly, he truly loves what he does. Coaching and teaching sport is something he approaches with passion, discipline, and commitment, and he is excited to share his experience and energy with you as you grow together as a team.
