Boxing Sisters is our ladies-only class: a safe, welcoming space where you can learn boxing, get fit, and build real strength. No experience needed, no pressure, just real coaching in an environment built for you.
We start with the fundamentals: stance, footwork, the jab. Every session builds on the last, so you develop real technique while getting fitter and stronger. The coaches are with you every step of the way.
